Are you currently losing between 1 to 2 lbs a week? Let me ask you do you think Wendys chilli is bad to eat. I pick it up cause it's fast and says low calorie only thin I do to jazz it up is add sour cream light kind to it. Breakfast I just do a shake it's easier for me dinner is the prob by the time get home I want to eat my butt off lol!!! My problem to is I love soup I could eat it everyday every meal lol!!! Do they sell unflavored protien that maybe I can out in my soups.
Yes I lose around 1 - 2 pounds every week. I go see my doc every four weeks and by that time I usually have anywhere from 7 -8.5 pounds off me , except this month weight loss is stalled big time *sigh*.
I dont have any fills either so this is all on a empty band . I eat Wendy's chilli when I go out there is nothng wrong with its got excellent protein in it :o)
I dont do soups , soups dont stick with me, I can eat soup and be hungry 2 hrs later , as if I would eat my 25 grams of protein I can stay full for a good 3-5 hrs at a time . so no soups for me .
You really should eat something for breakfast its much more healthier then drinking them shakes all the time .
If you are in a hurry get them Jimmy Dean D lite bowls it has turkey sausge, eggs and a few tators and its got 23 grams of protein in them. Zap them in the microwave and they are done in 2 minutes. You can find them in the freezer section .
I eat them on the days I do Zumba in the mornings and they are yummy .
I guess they sell unflavored protein but I dont use it , I get my protein from foods not from that stuff or shakes :o)

Oh I usually eat more than this too...
Yesterday I ate....
Breakfast - Jimmy Dean frozen omelet
Lunch - 4oz ground turkey mixed with 1/2 cup black beans and 1/4 cup corn
Snack - fruit cup and string cheese
then a little while later I had the icing off a cupcake.... and 4 lifesavers....
Dinner - 4oz piece of salmon, 1/2 cup mashed sweet poatoes
after dinner I ate 2 slices of cheese.
There are days that I'm just hungrier than other days. I always have a basic plan that I stick to for the most part, but that could change with whatever happens during the day. As we all know, sometimes life just gets in the way. :)

Hi,
Here's what I had yesterday:
Early: coffee
Breakfast Chobani Pineapple greek yogurt
Snack/Early lunch Lemon Meringue Protein bar (I don't normally do protein bars, but this variety is so good I think of it as a treat)
Lunch 2 small pieces of fish, 2 Tbsp Tarter Sauce and 1/2 cup of coleslaw
Supper 3/4 cup of Shepherd's pie (mostly the meat and veggies) and a 1 inch square of cornbread with butter and a drizzle of honey
Food Notes: This day came in at just over 1000 calories and 63 grams of protein. My eating plan is all about eating the same way I will eat in the maintenance stage. My calorie limit is 1400 per day. Some days I eat a little more and some less. For the most part I eat a little taste of the things I like and try to only deny myself foods that I feel like I have no self control around (some examples for me are bbq chips and good quality ice cream)
I typically make one dessert per week for my hubby and this week's dessert is strawberry shortcake. I made it last night-- homemade biscuits, red ripe strawberries and the whole deal. It is one of my favorite desserts and believe you me -- I wanted a small portion of it for a late dessert last night but I was just not hungry for it physically (of course mentally I was:) so I didn't have any. The not being hungry for it was all a credit to the band. Before surgery I would've wolfed down 2 big servings. Now I felt peaceful about waiting to have some the next day. It's something I've been craving so I'm going to indulge a little and plan it into today's calorie count. Here's today's food plan:
Early Planned to start out with coffee, but spilled the whole cup all over my desk and a ton of papers Yikes!!
Breakfast 3/4 cup of leftover shepherd's pie (one of my favs)
Lunch Yes, the same as breakfast, and a fancy sugar free coffee drink (I'll drink this before eating lunch)
Snack 3/4 cup portion of strawberry shortcake
Supper Turkey and swiss cheese rolled up inside lettuce with honey mustard dip
I haven't added everything to my food planner yet, but the estimate on this day is 1000 calories and 61 grams of protein. Typically I would have a small salad or a side dish or two with the Shepherd's pie or another type of meal that has more fat and that would add another 200-300 calories. These meals didn't happen to work out that way.
Wendy's chili -- I love the stuff, for some people soup is a slider food -- some soups are for me like a tomato soup but chili is not. If you don't have an issue with the sodium content and it sticks to your ribs -- go ahead and enjoy!

I'm just mad at myself and it's hard to get back on track. I eat that but I feel like all I do is gain and gain. I eat a shake for breakfast and chilli for lunch but then I'm hungry and between lunch and home I am never hungry for a snack uggh just sucks!!! My problem is now they are telling me not to eat pro I have kidney disease. I'm seeing a diet food lady maybe she can help!!
