help needed finding info please

        hi i im writing a letter of appeal and i;m having truble finding info and how i would put it all together this is what i have to do. does anyone one know of any web sites. 

• Provide specific facts to support weight loss surgery and counter reasons of denial, including medical studies, medical articles, and other information that shows that procedure resolves and improves your diagnosis.

 check out the website of the american heart association. their journal circulation is full of articles on wls as cure for obesity related diseases. just got an e-mail notification from them today so this is all new research.
