NSV- living life *PIC*
I was going through the pictures just now and came across this shot. Sometimes I don't realize how much I've actually lost. I certainly feel the loss though. Yesterday we walked just shy of 5 miles and I felt fantastic. No leg cramps, no winded asthma-ish thing when climbing the hills, no flimsy excuse to stop and take a break. I had no issues at all.
I just wanted to share this because i've been pretty busy lately and have neglected OH terribly. To all the newbies. Keep the faith. It is amazing what 35 lbs lighter feels like. 80 lbs lighter is even better! This loss has given me a new lease on life. I am a full participant once again.
Just to give you a comparison. The first shot is me very sunburned at 298 lbs. My feet so fat and swollen that I couldn't wear my shoes on vacation. No the pictures isn't whompy. I was that wide in real life.
The second shot is me at 215 (yellow). The girl with me is a size freaking 4 and a marathon runner. That gives me faith that I can get there.

You look great, Tiff!! The one on the right (if you actually want to get right own there) will be you in the not too distant future! But you look pretty good right now!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
Although.... I kind of had a motivational moment this weekend. We were shopping around and the whole goal for this weekend was for everyone to get jeans. Our friends went to Lucky Brand Jean store which is someplace we've never gone before. It's too rich for my wallet. Anyway, they all got jeans. Even my hubby on a whim decided to get some jeans. But they didn't carry my size. I'm still in an 18. I can squeeze in a 16 if the house is on fire though . So now I know I've got some more work to do. I'm always the work in progress.

I hope the house hunting is going well. You are looking terrific! You know the most noticeable thing about the second picture is you look totally normal! I know some people might not consider that as a compliment but I think those of us that have had surgery understand. Even when placed next to the marathon runner you come out looking one 100% normal - not needing to lose 60 more or even 30 more. Which in my book is absolutely FANTASTIC!

I know what you mean...I thought the same thing when I saw Tiff's latest pic...you'd never guess that she'd ever been morbidly obese, and no one's going to take a second look at her except (of course) to admire that freaking naturally curly hair.

Normal is good. Blending feels right. I'll take that anyday of the week!
