The ENTIRE website is WLS-friendly recipes high in protein...HUNDREDS of them (snacks, meals, protein cakes and muffins, protein ice cream, etc.), all easy.  Did I mention the cakes literally take 5 minutes including cooking time (2 min in microwave, but don't think it will be nasty (lol), it just works for some reason)!  I also love the pumpkin cake.  Have fun!

Ive been on this weight loss journey for far too long, i know how it gets. I know full well what i should be eating, but we all have those days that distract us or throw us for a curve. This has been 33 years of bad habits that im going to have to UN-Learn, so, im glad to know i can come here for some great tips and info to get me thru this.
