Shrimp nutrition info ?

I am having shrimp for lunch today and the pkg it came in dont have the nutrition facts on it .  I have searched but I keep getting so many different numbers none of them are even close in range and was wondering if anybody knew that eats this stuff all the time so I can log into my journal :o)

All I know its a Kroger frozen steam cooked tail on shrimp 51/60 count and they are very small . Its one bite size.

about 20 of them fill a 1/2 cup that is how small they are lol .

I hope I havent kicked myself in the butt eating these I think shrimp is pretty healthy or at least I hope so lol.

One great thing about daily plate is that it includes so many store brands, like Kroger's, etc.

off topic but here gos I just got your book last week and OMG I love its a must read for all branders wish I had gotten it before being banded but non the less its amazing thanks .

If there are no sauces and such, you are fine.

Thanks everybody !!! I love shrimp and didnt realize how great they are in protein I think I found a new item to eat for lunch :o) chicken is getting very boring two times a day lol.

Bubbles I dont like sauce on them I just eat them how they are so that saves me lots of calories right there thanks for the link :o)
