So this morning I knew I shouldn't step on the scale.  I mean I was on vacation for goodness sakes.  I ate my mom's dip, I drank libations, I ate pizza.  But I did it anyway.  The scale's number was up 5 lbs from before I left on my trip!  So I'm officially freaked out.    So to be held accountable, here is today's plan:   Early: Coffee B: Atkins protein shake L: Tuna salad D:  a piece of fish and a veggie

4-6am 2 cups coffee w/ ff half/half (1 tbspn each) & torani s/f chocolate and calcium & other supplements.

8am Muscle Milk Light RTD

11am Syntrax Lemon Tea (multi vitamin & C)

1:30pm.. 3oz protein (probably fish of some kind) and 1/2 cup broccoli, cauliflower & carrots.. also calcium & other supplements

4 or 5pm.. cheese stick or popchips or greek yogurt & blueberries or strawberries.. just depends on my hunger level.

7pm.. 3oz protein, 1/2 cup veggies  (don't know exactly what yet.. have some lean pork chops thawing), calcium & other supplements.

9pm.. dunno yet.

exercise: 5min treadmill, 56 min body pump, 56 min RPM, 55 min. Zumba ( total of almost 800 cal. burn.. 786 I think it was)

Breakfast: Skim vanilla latte, 1/2 cup egg salad

Lunch: Chicken Pot Pie Soup

Dinner:  2 scrambled eggs w/ cheese & veggies, veggie sausage patty

Snacks: Cucumber slices, Greek yogurt (dessert), Mini Rice cakes

You can't go back and make a brand new start, but you can start from now and make a brand new end.

Early:  Protein Shake: 2 scoops BSN Lean Protein Dessert (choc flav), 3/4c almond milk, 2T PB2 (peanut butter substitute), 1tsp unsweetened cocoa, ice

B: 3/4c Flax Snax hot protein cereal (strawberries and cream flavor)

L: Spinach salad with 1/2 soft-boiled egg, cucumbers, tomatoes, cheddar, balsamic

S: 1 cup FAGE 0% Greek Yogurt

D: 2.5 oz Slow-cooker Greek Chicken with tzaziki (sp?) sauce, 1/4c steamed cauliflower

S: 1 slice of Shelly's Chocolate Mint Protein Cake
