Bette did a review of the chocolate VitaTop VitaMuffins and they sounded so good I had to try then!

Product Review: 100 Calorie VitaTops VitaMuffin Pumpkin Spice

Who doesn’t love muffins?!
Especially pumpkin spice!
I love muffins so when I heard about the Vitatops 100 calorie VitaMuffin from one of the weight loss surgery peeps I had to try it!

I choose the pumpkin spice.

It’s only 100 calories
26g carbs
8g sugarPumpkin Spice VitaTops (12 Muffin Tops)
3g protein
15 vitamins and minerals

These are awesome!
I put it in the microwave for about 30 seconds and it was done.
Very moist, not too spicy.

These are individual sealed, so they’re great to take with you for lunch, or a snack on the go.

If you go to my website (link in the sig tag) at the end of the VitaMuffin post there is a store locator. You can either put in your zip there or order from Amazon or from the company directly. They actually have a lot of different flavors.

Way too many carbs...That's more than half my daily intake of carbs from one little muffin top.

I do "lower carb" not necessarily "low carb". Think about it...........people that dieted prior to 10 yrs. ago before the low carb craze lost weight. So carbs are just part of the equasion.............more about moderation.

I do moderation....that's why I have 40 grams a day....sometimes 50 grams  But when you figure in three meals you need to be careful not to over do it.  I still think it's a lot of calories and carbs for what you get.

They do have 8 gr fiber, so the net carbs are 18, so not too bad.  If you are doing really low carb, they probably aren't the best choice.

I haven't tried the chocolate yet it's in the freezer. If it's half as good as the pumpkin I'll like it though.

I haven't had frozen yogurt in forever. I had completely forgotten about that. I do regular yogurt at least every other day though. Yum!

I've had the chocolate ones.  They tasted good but they hurt my chest to eat the way that doughy bread or pasta does.
