What are we eating this Saturday?

Early: 1 cp coffee, 1 cp skim milk, 2 tbsp f/f creamer
B: 1 slice french toast w/sugar free syrup, 1 egg w/1 slice turkey bacon
L: salad with spinach, lettuce, olives, parm cheese & ranch dressing (trying to switch to f/f)
D: tacos on corn tortillas w/pico de gallo (hehehe kids still think it is beef, its ground turkey mixed with vegan crumbles)
snacks: celery with peanut butter
Im still trying to pick out the things in my current diet that will probably need to go when I get banded so let me know if it is something that gives you trouble so I can try to cut it out now before surgery

Great day, just beautiful outside here today in San Diego...took the dogs to Dog Beach and bought materials to start my *first* garden! :)
Early: 1 scp BSN Lean Desserts Protein (Chof fudge), 2/3 c unsweetened almond milk, 1/2 banana, 2 T PB2 (peanut butter substitute)
B: Greek Omelete - 1 large egg, feta, tomatoes, kalamata olives
L: 1/2 c egg salad, 2 slices turkey bacon
S: Sea salt & olive oil flavored almonds
D: Taco Salad - shredded lettuce, ground turkey, cheddar cheese, plain greek yogurt, lots of salsa & black olives.
Water - 112 oz
