FRIDAY GRATEFUL POST

  Morning Everyone,

I am sitting in my den watching the news about Japan and Hawaii.   If you believe in prayer.....please say a prayer for the people there.   I can't imagine what they are going through.    Hope everyone has a great weekend planned.   I am So grateful today for......

My WLS and all the different WLS to chose from,
For my Faith in a higher power and for answered prayers,
My life and health,
Family and friends,
For my 3 sons and wonderful husband of 34 yrs.,
For my home and other things that I along with everyone else seem to take for granted,
For the internet and all the wonderful websites available to us all because of it,
For Obesity Help and all the wonderful information that they provide for us,
For Support Groups and for the upcoming OH conference's....especially the New Orleans, La. one in Sept. 

PLEASE feel free to share with us what you too are grateful for today.   Have a blessed day and weekend !!

Iam grateful for my faith in the Lord and I pray that he watches over the people affected by the quakes and tsumanis that followed.  Iam grateful for all he has given me in my life and for the life he has given to me.
Iam grateful for my husband for giving me the opportunity to be a SAHM to my 3 beautiful children.  I will be even more grateful when he moves back home from his current duty station to his new one next week.  Love ya baby!
Iam grateful for the US Military for all they do to protect our freedoms and our country.  I am grateful for my husbands job as a service member and for all they have provided for us over the years.
Iam grateful for my wonderful children, I love them with all that I am. 
Iam grateful to my family and friends for their support, kindness and love.
Iam grateful OH for supplying me with the information to make an informed WLS decision and for the support & friendships found here.
Iam grateful for the internet as well, I have found so much information about so many things that have made huge impacts in my life, and I love it!

So thankful today for:
Another day of life
*My wonderful husband, 3 sons, 2 daughters-in-law, 1 daughter-in-love, 2 granddaughters, & our 3 mo. old grandson.
*Great friends from church who brought us a home cooked meal yesterday-especially since I've not been able to cook
*Only a broken ankle from my wreck two weeks ago, which is an inconvenience but a minor problem compared to what could have been
*OH, where I have learned much, & have opportunity to share with others
*The power of prayer- praying for those today who have suffered much in the earthquakes & tsunamis over in Japan & other places                                              *My Savior, who knows our name, our needs & our hearts today
