What are we eating this Sunday?

B: cooking steelcut oatmeal right now. Gonna try adding some eggwhite to it and tossing in the MW as someone said their Nut advised. Supposed to make it very fluffy. If I don't like that, there's always greek yogurt & strawberries.. or I'll make a soft scrambled egg with spinach & mushrooms.
L: dunno yet. Might be leftover salmon and whatever veggies are available. If salmon is gone, sardines? I love em, but don't eat often cuz so much fat.
D: I think I'm making Chicken florentine.. but will use spaghetti squash if I can find any. Otherwise will use the low-carb pasta and save a portion of mine out b4 adding the pasta.
