Protein supplement for bandsters
Even though I love breakfast I just can't stomach it when I get up. I have a protein shake in the mornings with a cup of milk (can't stand it with water) five days a week and will have some sort of protein (eggs or cheese) later in the morning on the weekends. I aim for 60-90 grams of protein a day and I find that when I do that and exercise I usually with lose a pound a week and with a 52 year old BD coming up I'll take that.
