What is everybody scared to eat since surgery?

Once I got onto solid foods at 4 weeks out I wasn't given any restrictions except minimal carbonation, which is okay since I'm not a big fan of soda. Of course it's wise to try and choose healthy foods most of the time, but other than that I can eat most anything. Doughy breads are tough so I try to stay away from them. Cantaloupe gives me trouble too. Other than that there isn't really anything I'm scared to eat.

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
I drank something carbonated not long after surgery (within the first month) just out of habit and not thinking and was fine, others not so much.
I will never attempt a sirloin steak because they can be dry. I can eat a rib-eye steak if very good quality, cooked a little rare, and with some sauce, and being careful. I first tried this at 6 weeks out (unusual for most). I seem to have developed a real fear of chicken breast in any form. Boneless skinless thighs, cooked moist and with a sauce are fine, usually. Sometimes I just look at something and know that it will be trouble on that day.
We are vacationing in the deep south and deep fried gizzards are very prevelant but somehow I know that even if they didn't have a million and two calories they would never go down. Gosh, and I used to enjoy them. Oh well, I can live without. Things I just can't live without (that steak is one) I just learn how to make it work. Most say they have less trouble with those types of things after about 6 months to a year. It is individual. I get stuck every time I try tuna or salmon or chicken salad. Go figure.
