What Are We Eating This Wednesday?
My carbs are going to wack today because no meat ... there only so much TUNA a girl can eat and I ate fish plus I can't heat it up at work.. LOL
Early: Coffee
Breakfast: Protein shake w/ 1/2 banana
Lunch: Lean Cusine cheese pizza, with some veggies and mock ranch dip
Dinner; Tuna salad w/special k crackers
Gym: 1 hr cardio and 15 min of abs.. :)
