I just finished working out to Billy Blanks Jr. Yes Billy Blanks has a son who has fun dance cardio workouts. It's sooooo fun, I forgot I was exercising!!! Fun!!

KETTLE BELLS!!! if you don't know what they are... you should learn. They are amazing for fat busting... this work out is one I like to do to build my core... its short sweet... and WHOA.... its a work out... its fun because its so intense and over before you know it!

OMG!! Zumba is sooooooooo much fun!!! I love it too!! I can only go to it when my husband gets home early enough & can watch the babies... But when I go, I make the most out of and burn that butter!!! I am going to make a copy of my friend's cd and do it at home when I can't go.
But other than Zumba,
I like to use the treadmill, bike and do Gilad's workouts.

Zumba all the way for me !!! I just love Zumba

I do the Zumba at Curves get to dance to Zumba plus get to tone on my body at the same time and then do a seperate Zumba class on Mondays .

Im going to pick up Zumba on Tuesday nights when my bowling league is done in May.

I tried the bit of doign exercise at home and its just a no go for me.  I just can not exercise at home alone . I think its boring and I will always always find a way to talk myself out of it .

With me going to Zumba makes me accountable because I have to be there at a  certain time  to get my exercise in  and to be honest Zumba is just fun and makes exercise fun .

I used to do Zumba 4 days a week. My work schedule doesn't allow it anymore. Once a week now if I'm lucky but I love it! I'm also a kickboxing fan. Love those workouts!

And Jillian Michaels and Bob Harper's Kettlebell workouts are the bomb! Love them and those workouts have allowed me to change things up lately for sure!
