L: Leftover fajita meat & refried beans
S: Banana & SF pudding
D: Out to dinner. Probably Jason's Deli salad bar.
W: 45 mins cardio

Start/293lbs   Current/189lbs  Goal/160lbs

D: grilled fish and green beans

 B - 12 oz hazelnut coffee, 2 splenda, dash of FF creamer
B - 1/3 C oats 1/3 c egg whites 1 tb peanut butter dash cinnamon and brown sugar splenda
L - 4 oz steak 1/4c brown rice 1/4c spinach sauteed in olive oil

To eat:
Rice Cake with PB around 4 pm

Dinner:
Not sure yet - maybe left over Cod from last night

Breakfast: Skim Raspberry Mocha & 2 mini turkey meatballs

Lunch: 
Mushroom Barley Soup & 1 onion ring (stolen from a coworker at the diner!)

Snack: Mini rice cakes & 1/2 cup Greek yogurt

Dinner: Turkey chili w/ diced avocado & low fat pepperjack cheese

Dessert:
 fresh blueberries & raspberry sorbet
