Need totals for the past week.  Between excessive work travel and sickness I took the week off, so 0 for me.

Monday 2/28 = 194
Tues 3/1 = 146
Wed. 3/2 = 146
Thurs 3/3 = 94
Fri 3/4 = 147

Grand total = 727

(this doesn't include the 4 hours I spent at the Grocery store Sunday..sheesh)

I may not do as well this coming week.. I managed to fall off the step during boot camp on Friday and twisted my ankle. It's now purple & swollen on one side, even after icing and putting it up Friday afternoon and some Saturday.   While I was able to do body pump, rpm and I modified zumba for myself today.. I don't know how well step will go tomorrow or bootcamp.   We'll see....can't keep a determined woman down.. :::grin:::

450 for me

Remember, if you want to be a 155 pound person, you have to EAT like one.

The previous week I only had 100.  It all depends on my work schedule.
Yesterday I did the 30 day Shred (25 minutes) and then I did 35 minutes on the bike and later I got on the treadmill and walked/ran 4 miles in 63 minutes.

You aren't lacking at all, 270 is great!  I'm trying to make my goal and had to put in some time for my poor week of 100.

You're not lacking by any means...keep up the great work you're doing.

I'm just working out in the morning (Basic Training or circuit training) and in the evening (DanceWorks or Zumba)...I had to increase my workouts so I can finally get out of the 170's.  Now all I need to do is be consistent with my eating and I'll be on my way:)
