What are we eating this Saturday?

I completely missed last weekend with this post (Nikki does the week, I try to do the weekends to keep us all accountable), but was with my cute little Niece and completely forgot about all bandsters.
Here goes for this day.
Early: Coffee
B: cereal with milk
L: Hot beef sammiches (minus the bread)
D: Hubbys birthday and he requested Cajun, so we are going to the Cajun restaurant.

b- 1/2 c oatmeal with lite syrup, flax seed, 1 tsp smart balance butter, 6 oz black coffee
snack- egg white with low fat cheese, fried onion in olive oil, mushrooms
l- sushi hand roll, my favorite....so grateful my band will allow me to enjoy my favorite japanese meal.....even rice...just have to take it slow!
d- mexican restaurant- black bean soup, 1 taste of a nacho,
s- greek yogurt....yumm!
snack- egg white with low fat cheese, fried onion in olive oil, mushrooms
l- sushi hand roll, my favorite....so grateful my band will allow me to enjoy my favorite japanese meal.....even rice...just have to take it slow!

B: poached egg on 1 pc of toast with becel margarine
L: tuna salad, hummus and 2 melba toast
S: applesnack (unsweetened)
D: chicken breast (pureed) and potato, carrot bake
S: greek vanilla 0 fat yoghurt
I'm also trying to get my 64 oz of liquids in too but that is NOT easy.
