Come out and tell me about your success!!

I'm 2 1/2 years out and I couldn't be more pleased with my results so far. I'm still working on loosing a few more pounds but this has been nothing but positive for me. There are so many people posting on why their surgery is better than that surgery and all along I have felt that if there was one clear cut winner in surgeries every Dr would do just that surgery. We are all different and there is no perfect surgery for all of us. I made the right choice for me and I aplaud everyone who has tried to take control of their health no matter what their choice was.

Banded in May 2010. Have lost 112lbs (these last 12 are giving me hell!) Was wearing a size 20, now in size 4s! May drop another size. Either way I feel great. I have a little bit more confidence. I'm more comfortable with myself. I can shop anywhere! I love it. My band + well needed push to exercise has been my life saver!

I am 18 months post-op.  Lost 84 pounds.  Went from size 22/24 to size 12.  I feel alive for the first time in many, many years.  Thank you lapband!

I have been banded for over 5+ years now. I started at 280 lbs. and now I have settled at between 145 & 150 lbs.

I am very happy that I had this surgery it has definitely changed my life for the better.
