I'm thinking of changing 130lbs to vacation, and 125lbs to Plastics....but I know I should maintain for a while first....

I rewarded myself....lets see if I can remember some of them ....
 When I lost:

50lbs (I don't remember...was something, just cant think ATM)
100 "Swoosh's" license tag for car
125 new digital camera
150 new mp4 for gym
170  iphone....wouldn't usually spend money like that on a phone but it was my reward and I still love it :)

I do the reward system I use my pictures as a reward also, I mean to look at a picture of me and not automatically focus on my big butt, or thunder thighs, or that ghastly gut!  THAT is a reward every day :) To go in the locker room and not feel like I need to cover more to save people from the discomfort of having to be around my fat....THAT is a reward :)  I use lots of rewards everyday, just in how I talk to myself now and try to treat myself :)

I am a work in progress...perhaps never completed or perfected; but forever working to change for the better...

After losing 140 lbs I am kind of forced to reward myself...I rewarded myself with all new clothes, a new winter coat, a new jacket, new shoes, new undies, new bras, new workout clothes....It's getting very expensive.  I now have to get ready because I need to start rewarding myself with new capris, summer tops, sandals.

funny how I have not thought about rewards for myself now that I have the band....

I used to be on diets all the time, and then I would reward my self after losing the weight or some of it'

but then I would put the weight back on.....and I'd get all down and out....and eat even more....

now I just think of my good health as a reward......love your ideas though, whatever motivates you!!!

I reward myself all the time... its been 2 years, so I dont remember them all, but my most recent "reward" although kind of a necessity, was new running shoes.  GOOD running shoes.

Once I hit goal, I'll be rewarding myself with FABULOUS new boobs.

Yes, and I think it's a great idea. I can't remember all the rewards I gave myself. I think 50 pounds lost was $50 worth of jewelry (that I bought at wholesale at a trade show, so I got a LOT of goodies for that $50) and 70 pounds lost was a Caribbean vacation. Somewhere along the way I gave myself an MP3 player.

A day of house cleaning service is a wonderful idea. Of course, it would also have to include a day of boarding my critters at the vet, and a huge tip for the cleaning person brave enough to tackle the project.

This week I rewarded myself with a pair of Uggs-type boots that were on clearance for $5.97. They're a child's size 5!!!!!

Good plan to stay motivated!

I bought clothes as I needed them along the way.  As soon as I could fit into a smaller size, I gave away the bigger clothes (my WLS group has regular clothing-swaps).

I have 1 pair of jeans from before my surgery, otherwise everything else in my closet fits me now -- I have no 'permission' to gain weight -- if I gain, I have to buy bigger clothes, and I really don't want to do that.

When I got to my goal weight in December, I bought myself a Sterling Silver Pandora bracelet.
When I got to 1 month of maintaining, I bought 2 'clips' for it, and now as I maintain, I buy myself 1 charm per month.

I used to pay Weigh****cher's 12.00 or 13.00 per week, and now that I am a Lifetime member in good standing, I attend for free.  So instead of paying WW, I 'pay' myself in the form of charms for my bracelet.  And I shop for clothes all the time!!!   LOL
