To Jean M: "BANDWAGON" book should be a pre-requisite!

This is THE most approachable, realistic, good-with-bad self-help book I have ever laid my hands on!  I wish ALL lap-band surgeons would provide each of their patients with a copy of this useful manual and maybe even quiz them on it before the knife (not kidding) to make sure they are fully prepared for the journey.  It would save infinite people a lot of time and failure in this process.  I am taking it to my surgeon at my next labs visit.  Wish I would have known & purchased a copy sooner, but SO glad to have it now!! So thank you for taking the time to write & publish this amazing book. It is like an OH-forum-in-a-box. lol Bravo!
