D: Protein shake blended with a banana
W: treadmill run (3 miles), push ups and abs
Getting a fill today after having some fluid taken out last month prior to being admitted to the hospital (not band related). I really need a fill since I have been able to eat what ever I want, plus I was put on NO exercise for over a month. I sure hope I get good restrition!!!
