So i lost a bunch of weight. try to eat healthier and exercise a lot.
Dr called and said Vit D and potassium are low.  So I looked up potassium deficientcy  and it said...People who exercise heavily, and therefore sweat heavily, have higher potassium needs.
Anyone have this problem? What did you do. I hate bananas. fruits are difficult for me. Going to take vit D but the potassium worries me.

Try potatoes - they have lots of potassium, but if your level is really low your doctor might want you to supplement.

I'm doing an online search for you.  I was hoping to find a diet juice with high K+ for you.  I am low in Vit A and I'm drinking diet V8 Splash along with taking Vit A per my Dr.   ( I think with my lower fat intake, that it's made my Vit A low.  anyway.....

I have never tried this stuff, but will paste it below and you can read about it.

Foods high in potassium

Increase potassium and reduce sodium with salt free AlsoSalt.

AlsoSalt is the only salt substitute that actually tastes like salt and doesn't have a bitter aftertaste when used on food. You can now salt foods all you like. AlsoSalt tastes great and it's healthy. Its two main ingredients, potassium and lysine are completely natural. Both are nutrients that are essential to good health. You not only remove salt from your diet - you are replacing it with nutrients. Our patented process masks the metallic aftertaste found in other salt substitutes. Use it in cooking, baking, or sprinkle it directly on your food.

If you need to reduce sodium and/or increase potassium in your diet, you really do need to taste AlsoSalt. If you've tasted other salt substitutes, we know you are skeptical. You can order just a few packets to taste it by sending us a self addressed stamped envelope. Or you can purchase AlsoSalt in shaker bottles in three varieties, original, butter flavored, and garlic flavored. To order on this website, click on this link to the order page: Purchase AlsoSalt online. AlsoSalt is also available in the baking/spice aisle in many grocery stores in the United States. For the list of stores visit the Where Can I Buy page. AlsoSalt needs to be used on/in food just like you use salt. Do not taste it directly from the packet or bottle.

Enjoy sodium free AlsoSalt daily as part of a heart healthy diet. Diets containing foods that are good sources of potassium and low in sodium may reduce the risk of high blood pressure and stroke. A serving of AlsoSalt contains 356 mg of potassium per 1/4 teaspoon and zero sodium.

While we may be eating too much salt, we are not getting enough potassium in our daily diets. Potassium is a very important nutrient because it helps to lower blood pressure, prevent bone loss and reduce the risk of developing kidney stones. Increasing potassium intake may help high blood pressure. Potassium appears to blunt the blood-pressure-raising effects of salt. The National Academy of Science's Institute of Medicine (IOM) panel members found the case for potassium so compelling that they raised the recommendations from 3,500 mg per day to 4,700 mg.

I have had the same problems with vit D and potassium.  Try drinking Power Aid Zero (I like orange myself) it has a bit of Potassium in it.

I also once in a while drink a Lean Body on the Go Protein Shake as it also has Potassium in it.

Veggies that have potassium is good too.  But trust me, I am right along with you in this journey to get the potassium!  Good Luck!

Powerade Zero is good, zero calories and has potassium and a little sodium.  I use it to mix up Syntrax Nectar protein.   I also drink it plain.  Comes in Grape, Orange, Strawberry, Berry & Lemon-Lime.  Berry is my fav.

We use Morton's Lite Salt, which is a combo of Sodium Chloride and Potassium Chloride.

Cavender's Salt Free Greek Seasoning uses Potassium Chloride.
