HURRAY! Mine was May 4, 2010, best thing I ever did. Lose all the weight you can now, it makes the surgery so much easier. Also, get to walking! I could only go for 5-10 minutes every 2-3 days before mine but it helped and after my stamina jumped very rapidly. You won't be able to do other exercises for several weeks anyway so get the good habits going.
