Finally-Good restriction
Love your mini goals. What a great idea. It is much easier to digest than looking at every pound at the same time. Glad to hear you are doing so well finally. I just had the stuck problem. I lost 80 pounds and was going nownere. At any other point in my life I woud have given up. Not this time. Now I am down another 3 pouunds. I had my LapBand on 4-30-10. We were very close in surgery dayes. Come join my new Group. I got my 4th fill a week and a half ago right before I went on a Cruise in the Caribbean (lost 6 pounds on the Cruise!!) I am a little concerned that maybe I have too much restriction. You say you have good restriction - how much can you eat at one time and are there foods that you can't get down? I am having trouble with dense proteins like grilled chicken.

Grilled chicken is tough for me too. You may have to use some kind of "lube" to get it down. I use bbq sauce or hot wing sauce to get mine down. I try to use sauces that are 15 calories per tablespoon or less.. and I DO measure.
Or if you like salsa, that would work too. If you reheat it in the Microwave, try covering it with another dish or a papertowel to keep it from drying out.
Might try darker meat chicken instead of breast.. the darker meats seem to be moister.
I just finished lunch of 3oz smoked chicken (dh smoked a whole one a week ago and I'm still working on it.. LOL.. thank goodness he's helping me eat it or it would go bad b4 I could fini****), 1/4 cup cauliflower & 1/4 cup chopped tomato and I'm very very full. I probably should've stopped a few bites earlier. I'm not so full that I'm going to pb (I don't think ...), but if I crammed anything else down or if I try to drink in the next 20 minutes.. I might.
