It is a really good work out and it is only 20 minutes so I have no excuse about time.  And I like that once you are comfortable on Level 1, you can move to level 2 and really push yourself. I bought mine at Walmart for around $9.  I think it was totally worth it!

I've been MIA for a couple of days.

D: going out to Red Rocks, probably a crab cake

I need to get back on my plan. I have been emotional eating and letting my emotions get the best of me, and "allowing" myself treats because of the bad week I'm having.  Slipprey slope!

L: Turkey roll-ups w/ avocado, dipped in honey mustard (my new favorite!!!)

D: BBQ Turkey Meatloaf, green beans

Snacks: fat free Greek yogurt, 2 dark chocolate squares, string cheese
