I've been MIA for a couple of days.
Early: Coffee
B: protein bar
L: Chili
D: going out to Red Rocks, probably a crab cake
I need to get back on my plan. I have been emotional eating and letting my emotions get the best of me, and "allowing" myself treats because of the bad week I'm having. Slipprey slope!
