Feeling hungry..
I just had my first fill a couple weeks ago. I felt or saw no difference. I'm not terribly hungry between meals and if I am usually drinking something will take care of it. Make sure you are drinking enough. I've been told that sometimes when you feel hungry it is really thirst your body wants. I know I feel like I can eat more than I do and I sometimes have some difficulty telling myself that my tiny portion was enough. Just do the best you can. That's all anyone can ask for.
If you find you are truly hungry and it's becoming difficult, call your dr and see what they say.

You probably wont see a difference with the first fill, maybe not even the 2nd on either. I think I have had a total of 5 or 6. Just measure your food and chew chew chew. It will take awhile to get there.

Some people say it can take a week or two to notice a difference after a fill. I just followed the eating guidelines even when I wasn't in the green zone. For some it can take even 5-6 fills to get where there's decreased hunger after eating 3 oz of protein and a 1/4c of a veggie. AND someone once told me, hunger won't kill me. Or have a snack of a cheesestick or drink something hot etc. Oh, another thing I was told, just because I could eat more, doesn't mean I should. It will get easier as time goes on. And it's worth the effort. Have you tried exercising to see if that gets your mind off of hunger? Sometimes that helps me. Or drink a lot of water...
