day 1 and only preop shakes
Day 1 thru 3 was the worst for me. By the fourth day I was sort of getting used to it. I had to do my pre-op shake diet for 2 weeks and they were before Christmas. So I kept myself really busy with that and tried not to think about food. Just keep telling yourself it is going to be worth it in the end. Good Luck and I hope things get better!
WEll like they said the first few days are hard but worth iot. what helped me was thinking of why i wanted to get the band in the first place. to look better. to feel better. to enjoy life more!!! soon you will find yourself not being able to finish a shake at all. and then your energy shoots thru the roof and you get busy liveing up the good life.
