Oatmeal recipe
Hi All! Just wanted to share a great oatmeal recipe my husband found.
1/2 cup whole oats
1 cup water
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Microwave on high for 1 minute, stir, microwave 1 more minute (keep a watchful eye; may overflow.)
1/4 blueberries
1/4 chopped walnuts
optional: 1 TBS Splenda brown sugar or 1 packet Truvia.
Enjoy!
