My Lap band journey looking & feeling good!

The Lap band has been one of the best things I could have ever done.Depressed, overeating because it made me feel better, no energy, and difficulty completing basic life tasks is what I would describe my life just a few years ago....Until I made the conscious decision to pursue the leap of faith to literally save my life. Thanks to my lapband I feel better, I owed it to myself & to the people I love...it was the best decision I made!!

This is exactly how I feel now. I am only 2 weeks out and reading this post gave me more reassurance that there is indeed light at the end of the tunnel. Thank you

 All I can say is WOW!, I remember you a few years ago and wondered where you went, I see you've been working the heck out of your band, you look absolutely gorgeous, congrats to you! I wish more long term vets would post more often, I know we are out living our lives, healthy and skinny..hehe.....

Wow.. You ladies are such an inspiration!!!!  I'm at the research stage and i just love reading all the posts.

Question for ya... why did you chose the lap band over the other surgeries??
