Liquids after fill?
My doctor puts me on liquids for 24 hours. I can also have oatmeal, creamed soups and things like that and then we are suppose to move slowly to solid foods after that. I usually have my fills in the afternoon so that night I have soup and then a protein shake for snack. The next morning I have a bowl of oatmeal and then for lunch I make either egg, chicken or tuna salad then I make for dinner something with ground meat or something in the crock pot so I am getting real food but they are very moist!

I always get my fills in the early afternoon (my doc's office seems to get back on schedule during lunch -- and I can get in and out quickly if I book my appt at 1:30)
So, I eat a small lunch by 11:30 --- and then I do liquids for the rest of that day.
Soft food the following day ---- and then regular food (with a new-found respect to take tiny bites and chew well).
I never had the '2 weeks for the fill to kick in' phenomenon that some other people have.
I feel it right away --- and I 'tighten up' my eating plan -- I mentally prepare and convince myself that there is more fluid in there and that less food should satisfy me -- and I eat that way.
It has worked well for me for almost 2 years (hard to believe that I have had my little buddy in there for that long!!!!)
