Post 2 for the night : Feeling crappy today...

So for 3 days I have had diarrhea and an upset stomach and just general grumpiness. I have no appetite and have been hanging around 1000 calories for the past 2 weeks (down from 1500-1700 a month or so ago). I have been faithfully exercising but have had two migraines in the last 3 days and just couldn't get myself motivated today. It feels like every time I get back on track my body wants to take me back down in the dumps with it. My mom wants me to get my thyroid checked as I just don't seem to be losing any weight. I wonder if maybe I am j(she is) just impatient or just not doing enough - 1000 or so calories 5-6 days a week (1 day f 1500 - ugh, parents house every Saturday) (lean meats, lots of protein, few white carbs, fruits, veggies) for the past 2, maybe three weeks, and 15 to 20 minutes of weight lifting and pilates 5 days per week (working my way back up to more per day) - what do you guys think?


No pity party needed, sometimes it just helps to get my feelings out there.

Check in with your doctor. As for perhaps speeding weight loss you should check your bmr. You can just google it. That is what your body will use for fuel to live. Calories lower than that will lead to weight loss.

Also, swithch out your work out. Try arobics instead of weights, then go back to weights for a couple of weeks.

I felt depressed and crappy for a time during my weight loss journey and I made myself sit down and list everything I was thankful. This was inspired by similar lists that my mother showed me that my grandfather had made as the depression was ending. Reading those brought tears to my eyes, and doing it myself helps my outlook.
