B: Chicken breast w/ bbq sauce
L: Ham & cheese rollups & tom soup
S: Banana
D: Pork chops & beans salad
W: 45 mins cardio

Good morning..

Early: Coffee
Breakfast: Oatmeal with Almond Milk
Lunch: 1/2 a bagel thin with egg scramble 1 piece of cheese on top and some edamane on the side

Dinner: Chicken sausage and 1/2 cup of brown rice.. the rice has veggies in it Steam Fresh

Snack: apple

No Gym for me today

Lunch: sliced turkey, cheese, cottage cheese (not much would go down)
