My scale must be broken.
Everyone is different and everyone loses at different rates. It is true that the more you have to lose the faster you lose it. that is why as you get closer to goal the harder it is to lose those last pounds. I am 10 months out and have lost 85 pounds. i was stuck for about a month and lost nothing. iwas gettng frustrated but did not give up. When i measrured myself i had lost inches and was wearing a smaller size. something was gving. I have a question for you and hopefully, you can help me. How do you put that little weight ticker on your posts. I want to put one on mine but i cannot figure it out. Thanks, ME
You didn't mention how much you exercise ? That is the biggest key right there with any weight loss journey.
I can eat right all I want but If I dont exercise then Im not going to lose weight .
I exercise 5 out of 7 days . I do a hr long Zumba class on Mondays . Tuesday, Thursday and Sat mornings I do 30 mins of Curves that does the Zumba workout and on Wed or Fridays I do anywhere from 30-40 min of aerobics with Richard Simmons.
When I do that follow my diet plan I lose my 8 -9 pounds every four weeks by the time I go see the doc again to see how I'm doing.

I had the same experience, basically. I lost 30 pounds the first month. I had to be on a liquid diet for a full month (weird doc). I was so excited, ecstatic with that loss.....then I was released to mushies and my weight lost STALLED. My loss stalled for 4 months!!! Seriously!! I certainly hope that yours doesn't stall as long as mine did!
