B: green monster smoothie
L: eggsalad on wheat crackers and a couple pieces of raw broccoli and lf dressing
D: Turkey meatloaf, veggie
W: running on the tradmill.  I was finally given the go ahead to start exercising yesterday.  Not sure how great I will do, but I can't wait!
