How do I add a photo to my post?

Just in case no one answers in the tattoo thread below, I thought I'd ask in a separate thread. Can someone tell me how to add photos to my post?

Still with my lapband with no plans for revision. Band working well since

last small unfill.

Hmmm....

When I right click here to paste it, it won't let me select "Paste." Cut, Copy and Paste show up, but I can't click on any of them.

I tried this with several pictures, and it's always the same.

Any tips?

I'm having trouble too, but I'm not tech quick. When I follow the exact directions, the pic is in the middle of my post. When I try to copy and paste it in the avatar spot, it won't paste. Now I have admitted how techtarded I am in print.
