Starting over?
I finally went for an unfill after experiencing acid reflux for longer than I want to admit. I go back this week to add some back. I need to start over and I'm not sure if I can. I want to loose but I love eating and don't like to worry about what to eat.
But I need to do something so since I paid so much for this band can you give me some suggestions of what to eat?

Immediately after your fill, you may need to do a day of liquids.
After that, I will just tell you what I eat
B -- Greek Yogurt (or Steel Cut Oatmeal, or eggs if you can tolerate them)
Mid-morning -- small banana or other type of fruit
L -- 3 oz of tuna mixed with relish and light mayo, 1 ounce of low-fat crackers, sliced tomato and cucumber (or 3 ounces of any lean/solid protein and some veggie and some starch)
S -- low-fat string cheese
D -- 3 - 4 ounces of lean/solid protein, veggie, starch
Snack -- sugar free pudding, or 1/2 a Luna Bar, or some fruit

Personally I took foods that I love and made substitutions. And didn't really notice a difference in taste. I use 93% fat free beef instead of regular. I use brown rice instead of white. I use whole grain pasta instead of regular. My nutritionist has been a huge help mfor me. In the past 7 months that I have worked with her I have eaten good foods, nice sized portions and I never felt deprived. I see her every other week. If you can get a nutritionist to work with it will be a huge help.
