A lil help

 What does NSV and PB stand for? Thanks Im a newbie...

 NSV=Non Scale Victory (anything that gives you that "hell, yeah!" feeling, post surgery, but doesn't necessarily reflect on the scale.)

PB = "Productive Burp".  When a bander eats something that doesn't go through the stoma (not chewed well, too stringy, too dry), sometimes the food is "returned".  It's not actual "throw up", because there is no digestive juices involved.  It's usually a lot of mucous (spit), and the offending food matter.
