Well just got my first fill on Friday, I had ate lunch before the fill by a hour, but since than I still feel hungrey and seem to eat more than I normally do...
And I have been eating corn tortillas and don't have a problem with it... Is this ok with the lap-band? I want to try some low carb tortillas to see if this can hold me over till dinner, anyone had a problem with tortillas? I sometimes feel like a loser,  because when I had the surgery I had that full feeling and knew I had to stop after a 1 1/2 of food.. Now I just seem hungrey all the time. I am working out now and that maybe the reason... But at night the munchies just creep up... And I try to eat  just a grapefruit, most of the time it seems to work, but this past week it isn't holding... Just want to hear from anyone going through this and any tib bit you may have. I had my surgery Dec 30th...

It takes more than one fill to get any kind of restriction, usually 3 -5 depending on how much fill they put in. You just need to get a few more fills under your belt and you won't be able to eat tortillas or grapefruit.
