Morning. I'm headed to a Daytona 500 party later (not sure who I want to win). But here is my plan for the day.

Right now: Coffee
B: cereal with milk
L: party food, I'm planning on sticking to the boneless, skinless chicken wings hubby made, as well as the veggie plate
D: probably nothing as we will "graze" the afternoon away.

 Hi all....

this morning, 4 oz cottage cheese, 1/2 small banana, 6 oz black coffee......

later, some tomato florentine soup , baked salmon....

we are suppose to go for mexican later,,,,,

I'll choose a black bean soup, and maybe try a couple of nachos....

I have had one fill about three weeks ago and it feels like I can comfortably eat less and less each day. What am I doing wrong. There is no way I could eat that much food. Am I too tight?

For me it takes 2-3 weeks to really know the level of restriction after a fill. You are not doing nothing wrong. You will know if you are too tight if:

1. you are eating according to band rules and are getting stuck even when you chew chew chew.
2. Heartburn
3. Choking on saliva when you are laying down or sleeping.
4. If you feel you are too tight LISTEN to your intuition and get a small unfill.

Hope that helps,

Jen
