Yummy Snack for Newbies or soon after a Fill!

 I was thinking the other day about how to get in some protein and I remembered a snack that I used to have when I was newly banded, of course in the mushies stage, and after fills.  

1 tablespoon of peanut butter with about 1 teaspoon or so of low sugar or sugar free jelly or jam, any flavor you like.  
Stir it together and eat it up.... Yummy!

What about honey instead of  sugar.. do u think that would be ok?

 Sure honey is great.  I don't know how many cals or in honey but I know with Smucker sugar free grape there is only 10 cals per 1 tablespoon so just 1 teaspoon wouldn't be very many cals at all.
Honey is very good with peanut butter!

 I like vanilla yourget and peanut flour for the punch of protein.
