ABOUT EFFIN TIME!!!!!!!
As of this morning.... Almost 2 years post op.... I'm FINALLY down 100 lbs!! Today's a good day for me. Im happy and it gives me the gusto to keep it movin...
How'd I do it????
*a GOOD balance of calories/protein.
*working out 4-6 days a week in the gym, no less than one hour each day... with a balance of cardio and full body strength training exercises
and LOTS and LOTS of patience.
Some days are rough... but I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.... 50 lbs to go.
Thanks for letting me share....

AWESOME!!! GREAT JOB!!!
I lost about 50 the first year and am almost at 2 years (3/31) and have lost 22 this year. I'm at my original goal, but would LOVE to be able to lose about 10 more pounds. It's definitely time to start the excercise...I am soooo lazzzzzyyyyy!!

You just gave me hope reading your story. Thank you. I started at 207 also. I'v lost 40 pounds in 1 year if I lose 17 I will be at my original goal. Reading your story shows me that it may take another year but I will get there. Thank you!
