A.M. Protein?
Here is my favorite if you have 5 minutes to prepare it:
1. Spray a bowl with non-stick spray
2. Microwave 1/3 cup of egg beaters for 1:30 min.- set aside
3. Microwave 1/3 cup of Hormel turkey chili (no beans) with low fat cheese on top (I use Kraft 2 % shredded Cheddar)
4. Pour chili & cheese over eggs and enjoy!
This keeps me satisfied for up to 4 hours.
I also like a piece of whole grain toast with natural peanut butter and fruit spread. That keeps me going to lunch also.
Also, 1/2 cup whole oats +1 cup water+ 1 scoop vanilla protein
Microwave 1 min.

Microwave another minute
Add sweetener or I use 1 TBS Splenda brand brown sugar
