Taking over Brock's 30-day exercise challenge
Yup, basically the idea is to "pledge" how many minutes you will exercise during the challenge timeframe (for this one, 2/15 to 3/20). Then each week, probably on Mondays, I'll post a request for people to reply with their numbers for the week, and I'll track the totals, % of goal, etc.
