Taking over Brock's 30-day exercise challenge

Yup, basically the idea is to "pledge" how many minutes you will exercise during the challenge timeframe (for this one, 2/15 to 3/20).  Then each week, probably on Mondays, I'll post a request for people to reply with their numbers for the week, and I'll track the totals, % of goal, etc.

Just reply back here if you want me to add you to the list.

My plan is to post on Mondays to get the minutes for the previous week.  So we'll have a short week for this first one (since it started Tuesday 2/15).
