Welcome to the bench!! How great that all went well and that you are so excited to start your new life. A Disney cruise sounds like so much fun, I really want to go on one, there is so much to do. I know it will be a blast.
Walking is good to start at first, then just add what you feel is right. I drank Isopure that is a Gatorade type protein drink, protein shakes, thinned soups, but my Dr never had us do clear liquids, take it slow. Good luck.

What an awesome attitude!  Welcome to the loser's bench!

My favorite liquid was Won Ton soup, without the solids.  I told them that I wanted Won Ton soup, broth only, and they were kind enough to give me two quarts for the price of one.

Any exercise is good, just take it easy until you're recovered.  Just walking is probably plenty of exercise for now.  Keep in mind with exercise that it's really not important how much you do or how hard you exercise to start.  It's all about consistency and progression.

Best of luck to you!

Hey, Congrats on your surgery. I had surgery last Monday. Finishing up my liquids phase, U may be surprised to find its really not as hard as you think. Walking has been a great exercise I started two days after I was discharged. Warning: Take it easy tho, I went to Zumba 2 nites ago and ended up with ALOT of pain around my port incision you may wanna hold off on Zumba at least for a few weeks. I really wish I did.
Cant wait to meet the "New Me"
