Wow!  6 days a week is pretty rock star-ish of you!   It really does feel like I'm starting all over again...it's like my body doesn't remember ANYTHING from the week before.

I did weeks 1, 2, and 3 -- and then got sick with a pretty bad cold.

I went back to week 2 after that --- and it kicked my butt! --- but I am going to just stick it out.
Hang in there -- and re-do a week or a day if you need to

Yes -- I love the feeling that I get from a hard workout --- am amazed that I can do it.

I can't say that I always enjoy starting to exercise, but I do love the endorphins I get and the rush from completing a hard workout!!

I'm definitely empowered by working out now as well (trying to stick with 4 times a week). I never minded working out before, but that was before marriage and a child...lol. I wanted to try the couch to 5k treadmill version. I do have a question...how fast would I run on the treadmill as it doesn't give the speed on the plan. Your thoughts???

Hi Shia,

My speeds have been 3.0 for the warm-up and walking intervals, and 4.0 for the jogging intervals.  I think it varies from person to person though.  I'm just under 300lbs, so I would imagine that the speeds are probably higher for someone smaller than me.  Lol, that's basically all I can do right now.  Let me know if you start the program.  My best friend in VA also just started the program as well.

Hi Lauran,

Thanks for giving me your speed...that sounds like a doable speed to start off with. I'm a little scared to start now...give me a month and I'll jump on board with you lol. Keep us updated on your progress!!
