At a Stand Still
So, I am about 8 months out and right before christmas I had a fill and I was SOO tight I had a hard time even eating yogurt so I had a small unfil only about .3. Since then I have been able to eat ANYTHING. So I am going back for another fill, but I just wish i knew what will happen after this fill. Will I be super tight again ? This little pouch of mine is so tempromental.
I am currently experiencing the exact same thing. I have an appt. for Friday for an unfil. I am just wondering if maybe waiting it out is better. When I had my last fill I had a hard time, and after 3 weeks I was fine. Each week there after was better. Then I was able to eat more again, so I went in last Friday for another fill...needless to say right now I am miserable. But as of yesterday I was able to eat a little. Today I ate a little again. Drinking seems to be the bigger issue for me. It hurts.

Drinking shouldn't hurt, eating shouldn't hurt. Please let your surgeon know about this.
Are your fills done under x-ray? Even under x-ray, I still think fills, to a lesser degree are only as good as the person performing the procedure. There have been occasions after a fill that I was probably a little too tight, but in a week or so, it worked itself out. Of course, getting stuck is not a good thing and should be avoided. So with that said, I think the definition of tight is subjective. I personally would rather be more closely restricted. I will add that each time I get a fill the restriction feels different and my pouch reacts different. Following my most recent fill, I have had trouble eating first thing in the morning. I have learned to wait until 8am to eat my first meal of the day. If I eat before 8am, I know I will be stuck. Sorry, I don't feel like I have been much help. My best advice is follow your gut (no pun intended, lol), you will know when it feels right.
Good Luck!
