Disappointed...

I have never felt "full" since I got my band.  I feel satisfied with my 3 oz of meat and a 1/4c of veggie for lunch and again at dinner. Breakfast might be a Greek yogurt or some oatmeal.  A snack might be a cheesestick or some fruit and PB.  Do you have a NUT that you can show your food journal to?  They you wouldn't need to worry about stretching your pouch etc.
