I WOULD DO IT ALL AGAIN IN A HEARTBEAT!

HECK YES! I am a newbie YES....But unless I die from the Lapband itself that damn Obesity would have killed me!!! So yes...I for sure did the right thing and would do it again!

Absolutely!  I would do it again in a minute!

My bestfriend just got one and I am thrilled for her! 

My Band saved my life!  I was pre-diabetic,  hypertensive and heading to the grave.

I am now almost 300lbs less - active and planning for my 2nd phase of plastic surgery!

12/09 and 6/11, 9 skin removal procedures with Dr. Sauceda in Monterrey Mexico
Revised to the Sleeve after losing 271 lbs with the LapBand.

I have lost 88 lbs so far, my blood pressure is normal, my sugar levels are normal and I can do anything I put my mind to. I love my band and would do it again...only sooner!

yes, yes yes!!  I am down about 125 pounds and I would never ha ve been able to do that without my band!!  I am so blessed to be one that doesn't have any problems...except the inability to eat a big fat cheeseburger when my brain craves one!!  :0)

Don't hate me but I was not elligable for the band, had a different surgery, ( type not even listed on this site), and have never looked back. No regrets at all, Over 100lbs lost and no regain. And, I just bought a pair of bikini panties and they are loose!!!!!!!

YES!
Only now I would know the symptoms & signs of esophageal dilation & wouldn't do it has often as I had.
Five+ YEARS WITH THE LAP-BAND( 8/31/05)

 Maybe.  If I had insurance that covers the band, probably yes.  If I did not have insurance, than I might opt for a sleeve.
