I need help today, guys!
I may lapse into a sugar coma. I have eaten so much crap today. This is the first day since surgery that I have gone completely out of control. It's my office. Birthday cupcakes, valentine chocolates, random snacks. I have had no willpower at all today. I've said yes to everything! UGH!

My only advice to you, next time they have all this stuff, be prepared and have your own little personal stash to snack on like protein bars in your desk, or little sugar free hard candies, fresh veggies and ranch, or even a piece of fruit or a fruit cup with no sugar added. Don't even walk into the area where the food is. STAY AWAY! Just think how envious all of your work mates will be when they see you turn your nose up to all of those terrible sweets- you'll be the skinny ***** everyone talks about , " Look at her. How does she do it? "
Proven fact, once you eat sugar for the day, you will crave it ALL DAY long! So next time, grab something else instead.
Don't be so down on yourself (I know it's hard not to.) Put it behind you now and move forward. Look at how much weight you have lost already! I am SO proud of you! YOU CAN DO THIS!

Don't see the point of guilt! Hope you enjoyed it all! I did not get my band to deprive myself for ever - I have had "days off " right from the very start! There may be people who can exist without them but I'm not one of them - and don't want to be!
Now wake up tomorrow and back to normal banded life.
Oh, but throw all the left overs out of the window before you go to bed!

Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!

Hee hee just had to post on this because I just downloads a candy heart as my photo and thought how funny ......sugar...get it....okay so maybe not so funny....
I get the problem as it happens at my office too. The birthday cakes with tons of icing...well they just make me sick and people make you take it.....I have been trashing them when no one looks because I just can't eat that anymore. Manager brings in donuts all the time and I told him to get the protein ones but......I think if someone invented protein donuts they would be rich.....or muffins.

Shake it off and get back on track. Maybe you can do an xtra 15-30 minutes of exercise today to make up for it. Burn off some additional calories and it will probably make you feel better. Get your protein in.
