i need some motivation
It's ok to indulge once in awhile. I plan my indulgences so I can look forward to it and if I'm tempted to eat something I shouldn't I just think about my next treat....at least that works for me.
Once a month at work we have a Food Day for everyone's birthdays. That's my once a month indulgence. I will eat a couple of cookies or a slice a cake. The food day is coming up this Friday...everyone around here has Girl Scout cookies at their desk and valentines candy. But I am able to say no to all the goodies because I keep thinking about Friday's Food Day.
I also treat myself once a week to Chipotle. I don't do fast food any more but this is the one place I still go out to eat at. So between my Friday Chipotle treats and my food day treats...I usually am able to give myself something to look forward to and I am able to say no.
That's not saying I never slip and have something I shouldn't...everyone slips it's normal. Skinny people indulge too...they just know when to say stop.
3 stone in 11 months is a good loss. May not be as fast as you hoped for when first banded but it averages out over 4lbs a month - so not bad at all!
All I can suggest is that you throw the junk out; get in some solid protein snacks (sliced meat, nuts etc) so that when you feel the urge to eat, you can have that and it will hopefully take away hunger. On days when i struggle, I often have an extra meal!
But the flavoured milks (if you mean sweetened ones) - just throw them away! NOW!

Highest 290, Banded - 248 Lowest 139 (too thin!). Comfort zone 155-165.
Happily banded since May 2006. Regain of 28lbs 2013-14. ALL GONE!
But some has returned! Up to 175, argh! Off we go again,
I read a post on here yesterday about starting the day with exercise. There were lots of links to various sites explaining all the good reasons for doing so. One of the best reasons to me, is if you start the day off right, you have better willpower to resist temptation. So, maybe start with at least 30" of exercise of some kind, then have a healthy breakfast. You'll get your metabolism rev'd up and ready to burn calories, and you'll feel good about yourself, too.
Good luck!
